At the moment you can’t delete your account from the mobile site! Don't worry though, you can always do this from our desktop site. All you need to do is:
Visit your Accounts page
Press Delete Profile
Confirm you're ready to say goodbye to Smooch!
If the link doesn't work here’s what you need to do:
Select Switch to Desktop Version from under Help Centre
Once on Smooch Desktop press and hold on your profile photo in the top right hand corner
Press Settings
Press Delete Profile
Confirm you're ready to say goodbye to Smooch!
Once your account has been deleted, any credits or upgrades purchased with credits will be lost forever! We'll also delete any trace of your photos, personal profile, and messages to and from your inbox. Your email address will also be removed from our database.
