Click OK.
You dating profile has now been removed from the site.

Then on the left hand side of the site look for "My Settings" or you can click this link to be taken to the settings page.
Then you have to uncheck all the emails that you want to stop getting.
Then click the grey "Save" button to update your email settings to stop all the unwanted email messages.
