Look for the gear wheel icon located on the top part on the right hand side of the site.
Then click on profile settings.
To turn off your profile off on AsianDating.com click the link (Asiandating.com/switchoff/reasons.cfm).
Click on the grey "Delete My Account" link "you're sure you want to cancel your account", click OK to continue.
Give a reason for switching off your account.
Then click submit.
How To Contact Support For Billing Issues/ Turning Off Your Monthly Membership:
You can cancel your paid membership by clicking here,
Click "No" next to "Auto Renew my membership?", then click the "Save" button.
You will be asked to confirm your choice: click "Switch off auto rebilling".
Your monthly renewing membership will turned off.
Make sure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your membership renews.
How To Unsubscribe From All Email Notifications:
If you need to contact customer support regarding any kind of payment or billing issues from credits purchased on the website use the email shown below.

Look for the gear icon located on the top part on the right hand side of the site.
Then click on "Notifications".
Now click on the circle "No" next to each email notification you want to be unsubscribed from.
Then click save.
This will stop you from receiving any unwanted emails.
