Firstly you ned to login to your account on Instacheaters.com.
Next click on 'Account Settings' found on the top of the web page.
Look for the words "Privacy Settings"
Now click on the grey box next to Hide "Online", to hide your profile.
Then you need to click on "Update My Settings".
This will hide your profile so other members can't search for you.

Then you need to click on "Update My Settings".
You should stop getting unwanted emails.
