Then click on My Settings link in the drop down menu.
On that page look for email, SMS and push notifications.
Click on the blue boxes which will make them white. This will unsubscribe you from any emails, SMS and push notifications that you want to be unsubscribe from.
If you want to unsubscribe from all communications (emails, text messages etc) make sure all the blue boxes are white.
