If you want to delete your account (on your computer or Apple device such as iPhone or iPad) follow the directions below. We also has the instructions to cancel your paid membership, contact customer support or unsubscribe from email messages below. Just follow whatever tutorial you need shown below. This tutorial was written to be used on a laptop or PC computer. If you try to follow these instructions on a mobile device the directions might not work for you.
FYI, we DON'T work for Iwantu so we can't remove your account for you. You need to cancel your own membership etc just follow the instructions outlined below.
How To Delete Your Account / Profile
Login to Iwantu.com.
Click on your face icon located at the top right hand side of the site.
Then click on My Settings.
Go to the very bottom of the page and click on "Remove Account".
A pop up will appear enter your password in there.
Follow the rest of the instructions on that page until your account has been removed.
How To Cancel Your Monthly Membership
Contact customer support at support@iwantu.com or at Iwantu.com/site/contactUs if you want to cancel your membership.
Their email to cancel your paid membership is support@benaughty.com, or call them toll free at 1-800-867-3170. Send their support staff your user name and the email adresses you used to create your account on Iwantu.com.
Cancel Subscription On Your iPhone / Apple Device
Go to Settings, then iTunes & App Store.
Touch your Apple ID which is located at the top of your screen.
Touch View Apple ID.
Touch Subscriptions.
Touch the Iwantu membership.
Use the options to cancel your monthly subscription.
How To Unsubscribe From All Email Notifications, SMS Text Messages
Login to Iwantu.com.
Click on your face icon located at the top right hand side of the site.
Then click on My Settings.
Click on any notifications, emails and SMS text messages that you want to stop receiving.
Then click "Save".
