How To Delete Your Lovoo.com Account On Their Site
Login to your account on Lovoo.com
Then click on gear icon on the top left of the site.
Then a menu will appear, click on settings.
You should be on your account page now.
Click on "Delete Account".
A pop u message stating "You want to leave LOVOO? Upon confirmation you will receive an email with further info.". Click yes "Leave Lovoo".
Your account will be removed from Lovoo
How To Delete Your Lovoo Account / Profile On The Lovoo App
Login to your account on Lovoo on your Android or Apple smart phone.
On the bottom right click on the human icon (to the left of the bell icon)
Now you need to scroll to the top of "Your Profile" and tap the gear logo located on the top right.
Then click on "My Account" and scroll to the bottom.
Tap on "Delete Account".
Select a reason why you want to delete your account.
Then click "Delete Permanently".
Cancel Your Paid Membership On Your Android / Samsung Mobile Phone
Open Google Play Store app.
Touch Menu
Then My Apps
Then Subscriptions
Then tap on the Lovoo app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation of the app on your Android device (phone or tablet).
Cancel Subscription On Your iPhone / Apple Device
Go to Settings, then iTunes & App Store.
Touch your Apple ID which is located at the top of your screen.
Touch View Apple ID.
Touch Subscriptions.
Touch the Lovoo membership.
Use the options to cancel your monthly subscription.
Cancel Subscription From Paypal
If you bought a membership on Paypal follow the instructions below to cancel you monthly subscription.
1) Log into your account via Paypal.com.
2) Select the option "Display all transactions" within "Overview".
3) Look for a LOVOO transaction and click on "Details".
4) Click on the link "Display direct debit agreement" at the top.
5) Select the "Cancel" option to terminate the automatic extension and confirm the cancellation of the subscription in the following dialogue.
The successful cancellation will then be confirmed by PayPal.
