How To Delete Your Account / Profile
First you need to go to Granniestomeet.com.
Then you need to click on the grey icon found on the top right hand side of the site.
Then a menu will appear, you need to click on the "My Settings" link.
Scroll down the bottom of that page and you need to click on the "Remove Account" link.
Now enter your password into the password box, then click continue.
Next choose the option of "removing your profile, contacts and personal information completely", then click on continue.
You next need to give a reason why you want to remove your profile then click continue.
They will ask you "Are you sure you want to leave"? Click on yes "I want to remove my account", then click continue.
Now your profile should be deleted from the Granniestomeet site.
How To Cancel Your Paid Membership / Subscription
First you need to go to Granniestomeet.com.
Then you need to click on the grey icon found on the top right hand side of the site.
Then a menu will appear, you need to click on the "My Settings" link.
Click on the "Billing History" text and follow the instructions that you see on that page.
How To Unsubscribe From Email Notifications & SMS Text Messages
If you want unsubscribe from emails text messages and other notifications follow the instructions below.
First you need to go to Granniestomeet.com.
Then you need to click on the grey icon found on the top right hand side of the site.
Then a menu will appear, you need to click on the "My Settings" link.
Now look for "Notifications", you need to click all the pink boxes to unsubscribe from any emails, texts etc that you want to stop receiving.
