How To Cancel Your Paid Subscription
In order to cancel your paid subscription you must contact their support staff by emailing them at support@charmerly.com.
In the email message tell them that you want to cancel your membership.
Don't forget to include your full name as well as your email adress in the email message.
How To Delete Your Profile
Login to Charmerly.com.
Click on the face icon found on the top right of the site.
Next go to the profile settings page.
Next you need to click on the pencil icon next to your name on the profile page.
Then change your age and your name and click the green save button.
Click on the pencil icon next to the "About Me".
Then change your location, height, body type, marital status etc and then click the green save button..
How To Stop Getting Emails & Notifications
Go to this page to unsubscribe from email messages.
Then click on the orange email icons and the orange bell icons so they are grey.
This will stop all unwanted email messages and notifications.
Then click on "forever" and lastly click on the green "disable notifications" button.
A message should say that "you have been unsubscribed forever".
